In booking a service or making a purchase through the Untethered Paths website, you agree to all terms set out below.
Services and Bookings Policies
By taking registering for a course, program, coaching sessions/program, or booking a service with Untethered Paths (Melissa G), you understand that any advice or suggestions provided are not intended to replace professional counsel, advice, or treatment. If you are suffering discomfort, concerns or difficulties in the areas of of health, mental health, business, legal, threat or harm of life, criminality, or other, you must consult those professionally qualified to assist you in these matters, seeking their professional treatment or advice.
Untethered Paths, Melissa G., and all affiliates will not be held legally or otherwise responsible for anyone’s personal decisions or actions taken as a result of an Untethered Paths product or service, nor assume any form of legal liability for any damages, alleged damages, losses or perceived losses, or other direct or indirect consequences of any client’s (or affiliations) decisions or actions, subsequent to, or based on any information provided or suggested in a Untethered Paths service.
Your booking, purchase, use, and interpretation of this service is subject to these terms and understanding and is solely at your own risk.
All information obtained from clients and provided to clients is kept private and confidential at all times, and will never be shared. All Canadian privacy laws are abided by.
You agree that any advice, information, forms, guides, or any content provided to you in any form will not be reproduced for your profit, social influence (i.e., social media posts), in your business, or any services you may offer. Using any content or advice provided by Untethered Paths (Melissa G.) for profit without explicit permissions will be considered legal copyright infringement and you may be subject to legal action.
When you join the Untethered Paths email list, you agree to these conditions. Your private information will never be sold and you can unsubscribe from the email list at any time.
Cancellations, Rescheduling, Payments, and Refunds Policy
Once a course, service, or session of any kind with Untethered Paths (Melissa G) has been booked and payment sent, this sale is final. No refunds will be issued at any time, or for any reason. This applies to all offered services, including: digital products, courses, coaching sessions and programs, mentorships, workshops, classes, email, distance healing, readings, live Zoom sessions, and any other service offered.
If you book a program, offering, or journey using a Payment Plan option (if applicable), you agree to commit to the payment terms. Please ensure you are able to work with and commit to these before joining a program or plan. Please do not book a service if you are experiencing financial hardships and cannot commit to your payment terms. This is a legal commitment and agreement. Amounts owed will be automatically deducted from same form of payment initially made and for the duration indicated on the payment page (e.g., 4 payments made everything 3 weeks). Partial refunds will not be offered at any time.
For services which are held live via Zoom meeting, cancellations are not permitted and refunds will not be issued. However, clients may reschedule their bookings via the online booking system up to 24 hours before the originally scheduled appointment is set to occur without financial penalty or additional cost.
Should you fail to arrive to your scheduled session or arrive more than 15 minutes later than the scheduled time, your session will be forfeited with no opportunity to reschedule and the fee will not be refunded. For distance sessions, it is solely your responsibility to create the time and space to receive these services – even if we are not meeting live.
Sessions and services are non-transferable and apply only to those who booked, completed the intake form, and agreed to these terms & conditions.
